Jan Salisbury MS, MCC is President of Salisbury Consulting, Chair of a Vistage Peer Advisory Board and a Key Executive Peer Advisory Board, and the founder of Leaders Who Coach.  Her collaboration with clients in diverse industries such as health care, high tech, manufacturing, nonprofit, education, financial services for over 30 years has culminated in a passion for developing leaders and their teams with the most advanced executive coaching strategies. She is a credentialed Master Certified Coach focusing on “closing the gap” as leaders and organizations learn talent strategies. As a coach-facilitator, Jan Salisbury focuses on building highly-accountable teams, creating cultures with a growth mindset, and challenging organizations and their leaders to embrace change.

Paul is principal of Paul Terry Consulting Group, Inc., and an Associate of Leaders Who Coach LLC.  Paul helps leaders develop their team and strategic leadership skills. He also coaches leaders to identify and resolve key issues to accelerate and sustain  their levels of contribution. Paul diverse clients include has led healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food and beverage, insurance and technology industries. His work has included building technical competency frameworks, assessment tools, selection processes, training program design, creating tools for career development discussions, and leadership succession strategies.  Paul brings his in-depth experience leading development of global partnerships at Korn Ferry and division Vice President of Human Resources at Emerson.

Joseph Castro Jr. is an Executive, Leadership, and Team/Group Coach with over 15 years of coaching, facilitation, training, team building, and leadership and organizational development experience. He has delivered this array of services in a bicultural and bilingual way to clients and organizations in the education, non-profit, and for-profit sectors, including San Luis Coastal Unified School District, Por Vida Academy Charter High School, Head Start and Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs, Restorative Partners, and ONX Winery. As the Director of Program Support for Inspire Development Centers, Joseph was instrumental in developing a coaching culture within the largest Washington State Migrant and Season Head Start grantee.  He served on the team that designed the culture shift and delivered the Leaders Who Coach programs to over 100 bicultural and bilingual executive, administrative, management and line-level staff.

Joseph has provided leadership and made an impact on the local to national levels by serving on numerous non-profit Boards of Directors, including the Latino Outreach Council of San Luis Obispo County, the National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Association, and the National Compadres Network.

Joseph is a proud grandson of migrant farm workers and first-generation university graduate that infuses diversity, inclusion, racial equity and belonging in the relationships and partnerships that he’s engaged in.
