In this two-part webinar, we take a deep dive into how coaching around strengths can increase engagement and coaching effectiveness. Participants will take an assessment and bring the results of their VIA (Values in Action Character Strength Assessment) to the webinar. Participants will identify and be coached on their own strengths and then learn additional tools for helping coachees leverage their strengths.
One of most leaders’ least favorite tasks is holding performance conversations. In this webinar, you will learn advanced tools for helping coachees improve performance. We’ll discuss the differences between coaching for performance vis-a-vis development as well as topics such as setting effective goals, keeping accountability with the coachee, motivating through challenges and measuring successes.
Coaching is a powerful way to lead your team or group in working through issues and accomplishing goals. In this webinar you will learn ways to leverage your team’s strengths and collective insight. Participants will leave with new tools that build on the coaching roadmap and reinforce team accountability.
You are a leader who has learned to coach others and adopt a growth mindset. Now you are ready to learn more and be more effective at developing others. In each mentor coaching circle session we will focus on one new coaching skill/challenge, share challenges and practice. This advanced coaching program is limited to six participants and will meet for 75 minutes for four sessions.

We offer in-person and virtual mentoring coaching for individuals and organizations who are building a coaching culture. We also offer continuous coach development for specific organizations to solidify the coaching culture by enabling team members with problem-solving skills and a greater ability to leverage their strengths.
Leadership candidates that have been selected to become internal coaches and have completed the LWC Essentials leadership coaching program will qualify to participate. These coaching leaders will have access to advanced coaching program webinars, half-day in-person practicums, and mentoring to achieve confidence and coaching mastery.
