Leaders Who Coach (LWC) Advanced Programs build upon the coaching skills and leadership competencies established in the Custom Programs. The Advanced Programs are uniquely designed for specific organizations to solidify the coaching culture by empowering team members with problem-solving skills and a greater ability to leverage their strengths. Leadership candidates that have been selected to become internal coaches and have completed the LWC Essentials leadership coaching program will qualify to participate. These coaching leaders will have access to advance coaching program webinars, half-day in-person practicums, and be mentored to achieve confidence and coaching mastery.
The Advanced Program will instill the skills to efficiently establish a sustainable climate of coaching for performance and a long-reaching talent strategy:
