Coaching Teams to Enhance Team Performance

Designed for LWC leaders at all levels, this webinar provides practical strategies and techniques for effective team coaching. Using the LWC Model, learn how to increase psychological safety, foster collaboration and drive collective success in your teams.
You are a leader who has learned to coach others and adopt a growth mindset. Now you are ready to learn more and be more effective at developing others. In each mentor coaching circle session we will focus on one new coaching skill/challenge, share challenges and practice. This advanced coaching program is limited to six participants and will meet for 75 minutes for four sessions.
In this two-part webinar, we take a deep dive into how coaching around strengths can increase engagement and coaching effectiveness. Participants will take an assessment and bring the results of their VIA (Values in Action Character Strength Assessment) to the webinar. Participants will identify and be coached on their own strengths and then learn additional tools for helping coachees leverage their strengths.
