The Leaders Who Coach (LWC) Custom Essentials Program phase is the first step towards creating a coaching culture and developing leadership coaching skills with a program that takes place on-site within the organization. Custom programs focus on essential leadership coaching competencies and how to apply coaching skills to team members for increased performance and professional development. This customized program helps to establish the coaching mindset at an accelerated rate throughout the organization.
This phase begins with an initial assessment and the development of your Coaching Culture Design Team. This team will be the foundation for creating your coaching culture and maintaining a coaching for development mindset. The team may include up to four members such as an Executive Sponsor, Executive Champion, Program Leader, and a Human Resources or Training Manager who will work alongside the coaching facilitators throughout the process.
In-depth, custom internal programs are available for organizations that want to create internal coaches with more advanced skills. These programs will provide the skills to empower their own teams to solve problems and direct their own development.
The goal of the program is to accelerate the establishment of the coaching culture, strengthen internal leadership, and empower individual team members. Organization-wide productivity and collaboration will improve steadily by helping the organization’s leaders improve in essential leadership competencies:
